(WNY News Now) – Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office apprehended an Olean man, charging him with Harassment 2nd following a domestic disturbance investigation.

Cattaraugus – On 10/04/2023 at 6:48 PM, deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of a domestic disturbance at 2 Leavenworth St., Cattaraugus, NY. Subsequently, Dale R. Wagatha Jr. (41), a resident of 106 W. Sullivan St., Olean, NY, was arrested and charged with Harassment 2nd.

Following his arrest, Wagatha was arraigned at the Town of Persia court and subsequently released.
