(WNY News Now) – On October 7, 2023, at approximately 3:38 PM, law enforcement apprehended a 36-year-old resident of Allegany, NY, based on a felony arrest warrant issued by Olean Town Court. The charges against Tucker are related to an incident of second-degree arson and third-degree criminal mischief that occurred on Happy Hollow Rd. in the Town of Olean on October 5, 2023.
Olean – Allegany resident Sean A. Tucker, aged 36, was taken into police custody on October 7, 2023, following the execution of a felony arrest warrant by local authorities. The warrant, issued by Olean Town Court, is connected to alleged offenses stemming from an incident that took place on October 5, 2023. The charges against Tucker include second-degree arson and third-degree criminal mischief, related to an occurrence on Happy Hollow Rd. in the Town of Olean.
After his apprehension, Tucker was transported to Allegany Town Court, where he underwent an arraignment process. Subsequently, he was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail, where he will remain in custody until further court proceedings are held.
