(WNY News Now) – On October 9, 2023, at 11:32 AM, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a shoplifting incident at Tops Market, located at 3955 Vineyard Drive in Dunkirk, NY.

Dunkirk – The investigation revealed that 62-year-old Dunkirk resident, Mark J. Szocki, wasallegedly involved in the shoplifting, resulting in charges of Petit Larceny. As a consequence of his actions, Mark Szocki has been banned from entering the store and has been issued an appearance ticket for Petit Larceny.

He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Dunkirk Court at a later date to address the charges.
