(WNY News Now) – A 43-year-old male from Silver Creek, NY, was apprehended by Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies during a fire investigation at the Angell Road Mobile Home Park in Silver Creek, NY.

On the night of October 12, 2023, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies detained Jeremiah Haas while also conducting a fire investigation at the Angell Road Mobile Home Park in Silver Creek, NY. Haas, aged 43 and a resident of Silver Creek, was allegedly found to be in violation of an active Stay Away Order of Protection. As a result, he was taken into custody and subsequently transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.

Jeremiah Haas is scheduled to appear in the Town of Hanover Court at a later date to address the charges against him.
