(WNY News Now) – A Falconer, New York, woman entered a not guilty plea to charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and Promoting Prison Contraband. The incident dates back to December 29, 2022, in the Town of Little Valley.

Little Valley – Desiray Corrigan, a resident of Falconer, New York, has pled not guilty to charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and Promoting Prison Contraband.The alleged incident took place on or about December 29, 2022, in the Town of Little Valley.

Corrigan is accused of knowingly and unlawfully possessing a narcotic drug with the intent to sell it.

The case has now been adjourned for motions to be considered. The defendant faced these charges and entered her plea during her arraignment.
