WNY NEWS NOW – The Jamestown Red Raiders high school girls basketball season will begin their season on November 25th as they host Fredonia at Jamestown High School’s -McElrath Gymnasium. The boys basketball team will open their season on December 1st vs Westfield at Olean high school.
The girls team is coming off a 2022/2023 season in which they finished with a record of 15-8. Their season ended when they lost to Lancaster in the Section VI Class AA finals at Buffalo State.
The Jamestown high school girls are coached by Ken Ricker and assistant coach Bill Canfield.
The girls JV/V schedule is as followed. All home games are played at the McElrath Gymnasium.
