(WNY News Now) – In an effort to help our furry friends find their fur-ever homes, WNY News Now has partnered with the Chautauqua County Humane Society in a segment we like to call, Pet Of The Week. This week’s pet of the week is Aquamarine.

“Hi Lee, this is Aqua Marine here at the Cat Colony at the Chautauqua County Humane Society. She’s about seven months old, and she is up for adoption among a number of kitties. She gets along with other cats because she’s here in the Cat Colony with some furry friends, which you can stop by and meet. We’re open today at the Chautauqua County Humane Society from 1 to 5:30 tomorrow 11 to 3.”

“And we’ve got the season of hope going on right now. Adoption fees are waived through December 23rd. It’d be a great time to stop and meet a new family member, just to get it out there for people. We do have the regular adoption processes in place. So I want to make sure everybody is healthy, safe, and happy. Oh, look at that! So let’s hop on down to the Chautauqua County Humane Society, 2825 Strunk Road in Jamestown, and meet one of these lovely kitties.”

“To find out more, visit Thank you, Lee. Thank you, Western New York News Now.”
