(WNY News Now) – In the early hours of November 20, 2023, a 29-year-old man was arrested by the Ellicott Police for driving under the influence of alcohol along Route 60.
At approximately 02:18 AM on November 20, 2023, the Ellicott Police noticed a vehicle parked on the side of Route 60. Upon investigation, it was revealed that Zachary A. Crowe was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. The Town of Ellicott Police promptly arrested Crowe and transported him to the Town of Ellicott for processing.
Zachary A. Crowe, 29, was subsequently released with an appearance ticket, requiring him to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court at a later date.
