(WNY News Now) – The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a motor vehicle accident on Rt 380 in the Town of Stockton around 12:32 am on December 2, 2023, resulting in the arrest of a Fredonia man for driving while intoxicated.
Town of Stockton – In the early hours of December 2, 2023, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office attended to a motor vehicle accident on Rt 380 in the Town of Stockton. The driver, identified as Joseph A. Kucmierz of Fredonia, NY, was allegedly found to be operating the vehicle under the influence. Kucmierz was subsequently arrested for DWI and later released with tickets, compelling him to appear in the Town of Stockton Court at a later date and time.
