(WNY News Now) – A 27-year-old WNY man was arrested for driving under the influence during a routine traffic stop on Route 60 in Ellicott on November 14, 2023, at approximately 11:56 PM.
Town of Ellicott – In a routine traffic stop conducted by the Town of Ellicott Police on Route 60 on 11/14/2023, at around 11:56 PM, Jordan R Magara, 27, was found to allegedly be operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. The stop initially occurred due to a traffic violation, but upon further investigation, law enforcement determined that Magara was intoxicated.
Following the investigation, Magara was promptly arrested and transported to the Town of Ellicott for processing. Subsequently, he was released with an appearance ticket, scheduling his court appearance in the Town of Ellicott at a later date.
