Olean Woman Sentenced for Criminal Possession

(WNY News Now) – An Olean, New York, woman has been sentenced to two plus two years in the New York State Department of Corrections for her involvement in criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree.

Olean, New York – Lisa Pheardsorf, a resident of Olean, New York, born on September 14, 1983, has received a concurrent two-year sentence in the New York State Department of Corrections for her conviction of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree.

The incident, which occurred on or about February 17, 2023, in the Town of Allegany, involved Pheardsorf acting jointly and in concert with others. The prosecution argued that she, along with accomplices, knowingly and unlawfully possessed a narcotic drug with the intent to sell.
