(WNY News Now) – Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single motor vehicle accident on Rt 430, resulting in the arrest of a Jamestown resident for Driving While Intoxicated.
Town of Chautauqua – On December 8, 2023, at approximately 10:40 pm, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office swiftly responded to a single motor vehicle accident on Rt 430 in the Town of Chautauqua. The operator, identified as 38-year-old Richard M. Saullo, was allegedly found to be Driving While Intoxicated during subsequent investigations.
Saullo faces multiple charges including DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st, Operating out of Ignition Interlock Device, Moving from lane Unsafely, and Unlicensed Operation. The arrest was made, and Saullo is scheduled to answer for these charges in the Town of Chautauqua Court.
