Man Arrested for Grand Larceny After Alleged “Wallet Mishap” at Wegmans

(WNY News Now) – In a recent incident involving grand larceny, a 19-year-old male was apprehended by the Town of Ellicott Police after allegedly finding and using a wallet left in a shopping cart at Wegmans on December 3, 2023.

Town of Ellicott – On December 3, 2023, Town of Ellicott Police responded to a call at Wegmans regarding a misplaced wallet. Investigation revealed that 19-year-old Terverius P. Strudwick allegedly discovered the wallet and subsequently utilized a credit card from it at Target and Kwik Fill. Strudwick now faces charges of grand larceny and petit larceny.

He was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Ellicott Court at a later date.
