(WNY News Now) – Deputies from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported past-tense order of protection violation on Dutch Hollow Rd, Ellery, on December 4th, 2023, resulting in the arrest of a 26-year-old Jamestown, NY woman.

Ellery, N.Y. – Responding to an incident at 4:07 pm, deputies discovered that Jastic Anzalone, 26, had allegedly violated a court-ordered mandate on November 24th, 2023. The violation led to Anzalone’s arrest, with charges filed for Criminal Contempt In The Second Degree.

Following the arrest, Anzalone was released with tickets, mandating her appearance at the Town of Ellery Court on a later date.
