(WNY News Now) – The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 43-year-old Dayton man following an alleged domestic incident at 8397 Rt. 62 South, Dayton, on December 6, 2023.
South, Dayton, N.Y. – Vincent J. Mardino, 43, was taken into custody after the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office and the New York State Police responded to reports of an alleged domestic incident at 8397 Rt. 62 South, Dayton. Mardino is charged with Criminal Obstruction Of Breathing under Penal Law 121.11.
Following processing, he was arraigned at the Town of Persia Court and subsequently remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail on $3,000 cash bail. The court date is set for a later appearance at the Town of Dayton Court.
