(WNY News Now) – A Jamestown man was arrested today and charged with 3 counts of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance, 3 counts of Promoting a Sexual Performance of a Child, Rape in the 3rd, 2 counts of Criminal Sexual Act in the 3rd , and 3 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Jamestown, NY – The Jamestown Police Department received reports alleging the sexual abuse of 3 minor children. An investigation was conducted by the Juvenile Detective Bureau within the Investigative Division which revealed that Devien A. Denson allegedly committed several criminal acts of a sexual nature against three juvenile victims.

Today he was arrested on several arrest warrants for the charges of 3 counts of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance, 3 counts of Promoting a Sexual Performance of a Child, Rape 3rd, 2 counts of Criminal Sexual Act in the 3rd , and 3 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Denson is currently awaiting arraignment in the Jamestown City Jail.
