This sentencing stems from a comprehensive plea agreement that addressed multiple charges against Dakota Sugg, who was deemed a predicate felon due to his second felony conviction within a decade. The Dunkirk Police Department, Fredonia Police Department, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s office, and the New York State Police were acknowledged by the District Attorney for their collaborative efforts on Sugg’s various cases.
