(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – In the early hours of December 26, 2023, a domestic dispute on the Southside of Jamestown escalated, resulting in the arrest of a 31-year-old Jamestown woman. 

At around 12:40 AM, Jamestown Police Department’s 3rd platoon responded to a Southside address. The investigation revealed that Nicole E. Rucker had allegedly damaged property belonging to the victim during the altercation. Subsequently, Rucker was apprehended and taken to the Jamestown City Jail. A search at the jail uncovered a quantity of Crack Cocaine in Rucker’s possession. The charges filed against Rucker include Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree.

Notably, Rucker was also wanted by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office for a felony warrant. Currently, Rucker is held pending arraignment in the Jamestown City Jail.
