(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – A 25-year-old Jamestown resident, faces multiple charges, including Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Menacing 2nd Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree, following an alleged domestic dispute on December 25, 2023.
On the afternoon of Christmas Day, officers from the Jamestown Police Department responded to a simultaneous Domestic Dispute and Fight at an East Side address. Nathan M. King was apprehended after allegedly threatening a male victim’s life with a knife, with a child present during the incident. Further investigation revealed a valid Stay Away Order of Protection against King related to a female victim residing in the same location. King was found in possession of the weapon and was taken into custody without resistance.
He is currently held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court. Charges include Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Menacing 2nd Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree, a felony offense.
