    (WNY News Now) – A 38-year-old woman from Freedom, NY, was apprehended on December 19, 2023, at 9:11 pm, following the execution of a Felony Bench Warrant issued in Erie County.

    Ashley M. Britt, a resident of Freedom, NY, was taken into custody on December 19, 2023, at approximately 9:11 pm, based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Erie County. The arrest took place at 879 Philippi Rd. in Freedom, NY. After the apprehension, Britt was transferred to Burger King in Yorkshire, NY, and subsequently handed over to the Erie County Sheriff’s Office.

    She was then transported to the Erie County Holding Center, where she remained in custody pending court proceedings.
