(WNY News Now) – On December 20th, 2023, a 40-year-old resident of Little Valley, NY, was taken into custody in connection with charges arising from an alleged domestic incident that occurred on December 14th, 2023.
John D. Newark was apprehended at approximately 7:14 pm and transported to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office for processing. The charges against Newark were related to an alleged domestic incident that took place earlier in the month. Following processing, Newark was taken to the Town of Little Valley Court for arraignment.
Subsequently, he was released on his own recognizance and is expected to appear in the Town of Little Valley Court for further proceedings at a later date.
