(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – A 33-year-old Jamestown resident, was arrested on charges of Criminal Mischief 3rd following a domestic incident on the Southside.
On January 23, 2024, at 10:37 PM, Jamestown Police 2nd Platoon responded to a domestic disturbance. Steven M. Cassidy, 33, allegedly vandalized the apartment of a female victim during an argument. Prompt police intervention led to Cassidy’s arrest without incident.
Steven M. Cassidy was held in Jamestown City Jail for arraignment on the Criminal Mischief 3rd charge.
