(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – A Jamestown police officer apprehended a 30-year-old Jamestown man on Jan. 6, 2024 at 11:13 pm, charging him with Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree and multiple bench warrants.

During routine patrol near Blackstone Ave and Buffalo St, an officer noticed Wilson entering railroad tracks through a wooded area. Following his westbound path, officers were alerted to his direction as he moved south toward Allen St. Wilson was located exiting from behind a business and taken into custody. Investigation revealed multiple active bench warrants. Held in Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment, Wilson faces charges of Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree.
