(WNY News Now) – A 57 year old is facing felony DWI charges after crashing into a residence on Southside Jamestown.

On January 16, 2024, at 7:48 PM, Jamestown Police responded to a report of a vehicle that crashed into a residence. The 2nd Platoon officers found Carlos M. Pagan, 57, in the driver’s seat, still running, under the influence of alcohol. Pagan, with three prior DWI convictions, had his driving privileges revoked. Charged with felony DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st, and Reckless Driving, Pagan awaits arraignment in Jamestown City Court, held in Jamestown City Jail.
