(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – A 41-year-old resident of Conewango Valley, faces charges of Criminal Obstruction of Blood Circulation and Breathing, along with Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, following a reported domestic dispute on the West Side.
In the early hours of January 23, 2024, Jamestown Police 3rd Platoon officers responded to a West Side address, discovering a damaged downstairs door allegedly caused by Christopher R. Terhune. The incident involved allegations that he physically restrained the victim by placing his hands around her neck, impeding her ability to breathe naturally. Without incident, Christopher was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail.
He awaits arraignment in Jamestown City Court on charges of Criminal Obstruction of Blood Circulation and Breathing, as well as Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree.
