(WNY News Now) – On January 19, 2024, an Allegany woman was apprehended for Stalking in the fourth degree and obstructing governmental administration in the second degree.
Allegany, NY – Katelyn McVinney, a resident of Allegany, was arrested and subsequently processed and arraigned. Following due legal procedures, McVinney was released with an appearance ticket, mandating her return to the Village of Allegany Court at a later date. The charges include Stalking in the fourth degree and obstructing governmental administration in the second degree. The incident unfolded in the parking lot of the Village of Allegany Police Department at approximately 03:04 am.
