(WNY News Now) – A Sherman, NY, man was arrested for alleged property damage, threats, and endangering a child. He faces charges including 2 Counts of Criminal Mischief, Aggravated Harassment, and Endangering The Welfare Of A Child.

On January 23rd, 2024, at 6:19 pm, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to an altercation on W Main St. Trevor J. Kneer, 24, of Sherman, NY, was arrested for alleged property damage, threats, and endangering a child. He faces charges including 2 Counts of Criminal Mischief, Aggravated Harassment, and Endangering The Welfare Of A Child.

Deputies investigated an altercation where Kneer reportedly damaged property and made threats in the presence of a child. Arrested on charges of Criminal Mischief, Aggravated Harassment, and Endangering a Child, Kneer was taken to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office for processing and later to Chautauqua County Jail for CAP arraignment.
