(WNY News Now) – A Gowanda, NY, man faces charges of driving while ability impaired by drugs after a traffic stop on RT 62 in Dayton, initiated due to a revoked license.

Dayton, NY – On Jan 19, 2024, deputies arrested Peter E. Huber for DWAI following a traffic stop on RT 62 in Dayton. The stop was initiated due to a revoked license, and further investigation allegedly revealed signs of intoxication. Huber faces charges including DWAI, DWI (2nd offense in 10 years), and aggravated unlicensed operator (2nd degree).

The 52-year-old is scheduled to appear in the Town of Dayton Court on a later date to answer to the charges.
