(WNY News Now) – Machias, NY – A Franklinville, New York man has pleaded guilty to one count of attempted rape in the first degree, addressing a pending indictment. The incidents, spanning from July 18, 2018, to the summer of 2021 in the Town of Machias, involved continuous acts of sexual contact with a child under 11 years old.
