(WNY News Now) – A 29-year-old male from Jamestown was arrested on charges of trespass and resisting arrest in the Cherry St. parking ramp on 1/23/24 at 6:20 p.m.
On the evening of 1/23/24, Jamestown Police Department officers discovered Jeremy D. Lyons trespassing in the north stairwell of the Cherry St. parking ramp during a routine area check. Upon attempting to issue an appearance ticket for trespassing, Lyons attempted to flee. Following a brief foot pursuit, officers apprehended Lyons without incident. He has been charged with trespass and resisting arrest and is currently held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
