    (WNY News Now) – Town of Napoli – A 24-year-old man was arrested for allegedly Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) on Route 242 in the Town of Napoli on January 21, 2024, at approximately 12:10 am.

    In the early hours of January 21, 2024, patrol responded to a report on Route 242 in the Town of Napoli, finding Joshua Gerena off the roadway. Following contact with Gerena, a DWI investigation ensued, leading to his arrest. Gerena, aged 24, was taken into custody and charged with DWI.

    Subsequently, he was processed and released with an appearance ticket, scheduling him to appear in the Town of Napoli Court at a later date.
