(WNY News Now) – Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office confirms the arrest of  a Delevan, NY man on January 18, 2024, on Church St. Arcade, NY. The suspect was taken into custody based on a warrant from Cattaraugus County Court. 

The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office executed a warrant leading to the apprehension of Joshua L. Evans, 40, in Arcade, NY, on January 18, 2024. Evans, a resident of Delevan, was transported to the Batt. Co. Jail, where he was held pending arraignment.

The arrest follows a warrant issued by the Cattaraugus County Court. Further details about the nature of the warrant or charges were not immediately available.
