(WNY News Now) – A 28-year-old male was apprehended by officers responding to a distress call from a female victim for entering her residence in an alleged violation of a protection order.
On 1/27/24, Patrick J. Fellows, a 28-year-old male, was apprehended by officers responding to a distress call from a female victim. Fellows, the victim’s ex-boyfriend, allegedly violated a stay-away order of protection.
At around 10:50 AM, the victim, at work, received alarming texts from Fellows, prompting her to check security cameras at her Jamestown South Side residence. Unable to connect, she called 911. Responding officers found Fellows inside the apartment. Despite multiple attempts to negotiate, a short standoff ensued before Fellows peacefully surrendered. Charged with Burglary 2nd, Criminal Tampering 3rd, and two counts of Criminal Contempt 2nd, Fellows awaits arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
