(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – A 37-year-old female, was apprehended by the Jamestown Police Department’s Violence Interdiction Unit on Hazeltine Ave/Colfax St at 8:08 pm on Feb. 1, 2024. The arrest stemmed from outstanding felony warrants and the discovery of methamphetamine during a routine traffic stop.
Officers, conducting a traffic stop for observed infractions, identified Aimee L. Hogg as a passenger with prior felony warrants. Subsequent search revealed drug paraphernalia, leading to a more extensive search at the Jamestown City Jail. Investigators uncovered Hogg’s alleged attempt to conceal methamphetamine. In addition to the outstanding warrants, she now faces charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
Aimee L. Hogg remains in custody, pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
