(WNY News Now) – In a troubling incident on 01/30/2024 at 07:00 on Mountain View Dr, Little Valley, a 27 year old man was arrested for Criminal Contempt 1st Degree, Assault 2nd Degree, and Criminal Mischief 4th Degree after a domestic disturbance in which he allegedly knocked out the victim’s front teeth.
Codi Curtin, residing at 711 Broad St, Salamanca, allegedly assaulted the victim, causing significant harm, violating an order of protection, and obstructing a 911 call. Deputies responded to reports of a past-tense violent domestic situation. Curtin was promptly arrested and arraigned in the Town of Little Valley court, facing charges of Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree, Assault in the 2nd Degree, and Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree.
