(WNY News Now) – A 41-year old Cold Spring man was arrested by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office following an investigation into an alleged assault involving the use of his vehicle to cause injury to another person.
On January 30, 2024, at approximately 12:00 PM, an incident of assault occurred on Heather Ln, Napoli, NY 14772. Jordan L. John was charged with Assault in the 2nd Degree and Menacing in the Second Degree. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance, scheduled to return to court for further proceedings. The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office conducted the investigation leading to the arrest. The authorities urge anyone with additional information to come forward.
