(WNY News Now) – Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 23-year old Randolph man for DWI following a traffic stop on Rt 60 in Pomfret, NY, early on Feb. 11, 2024.
On February 11th, 2024, at approximately 12:59 AM, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office initiated a traffic stop on Rt 60/Porter Ave in Pomfret, NY. The driver, identified as Deitrich Miinte, was subsequently found to be driving while intoxicated (DWI) after further investigation. Miinte, a 23-year-old male from Randolph, NY, was charged with Aggravated DWI, DWI, and Speeding in a Zone. Following the arrest, Miinte was released with tickets to appear in the Town of Pomfret Court at a later date and time.
