(WNY News Now) – The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office detained a 28-year old Gerry, NY man for alleged DWI on Rt. 60 at 10:20 PM on February 10, 2024.
On February 10, 2024, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies halted Devin M. Parker on Rt. 60, Gerry, around 10:20 PM, for a traffic violation. Subsequent investigations revealed Parker’s alleged intoxication, leading to his arrest and transport to the Sheriff’s Substation. The 28-year-old faces charges of speeding in a zone, DWI, and DWI Per Se. Parker was subsequently released with appearance tickets for the Town of Gerry Court.
