(WNY News Now) – The Chautauqua County Sheriffs Office responded to a disturbance on Feb. 14, 2024 at 11:08 p.m. in Portland, resulting in the arrest of a 30-year old Perrysburg, NY, man. He faces charges including Burglary 1st, Assault 3rd, Attempted Assault 3rd, and Harassment 2nd after an alleged unlawful entry and physical altercation involving three individuals.

On the reported date and time, Chautauqua County Sheriffs Office attended to an address in Portland following a disturbance. Further investigation revealed allegations against Clint Catchot, accused of unlawfully entering and remaining in a residence. Inside, Catchot allegedly engaged in a physical altercation with three individuals. Deputies promptly located and apprehended Catchot, transporting him to the Chautauqua County Jail. The charges include Burglary 1st, Assault 3rd, Attempted Assault 3rd, and Harassment 2nd.
