(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – Jamestown Board of Public Utilities (BPU) has declared its Presidents’ Day schedule, with offices closed on Monday, February 19. However, routine garbage and recycling collections will proceed as scheduled.

While BPU Customer Service and other offices remain closed on Presidents’ Day, garbage and recycling services will operate on their normal collection schedule throughout the week. BPU offices will reopen at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, February 20. Customers can conveniently make after-hour payments via credit card, debit card, and e-check on the official website or by phone at 716-661-1660, extension 3. Additionally, payments can be submitted by check or money orders at designated drop-off locations, excluding cash. For urgent issues across all BPU Divisions, customers can contact 716-661-1640 at any time.
