(WNY News Now) – A 37-year-old Jamestown woman faces multiple charges including DWI and endangering the welfare of a child after a traffic stop on S. Main St. early this morning.

Ashley A. Moore, 37, of Jamestown, was arrested early today after a traffic stop on S. Main St. led to her being charged with DWI and multiple counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Officers from the Third Platoon initiated the stop due to observed traffic violations and subsequently found Moore to be intoxicated after she failed field sobriety tests. The vehicle contained three children, aged 1, 9, and 16, leading to additional charges. Moore was taken into custody and is being held pending arraignment at Jamestown City Court. The charges include traffic violations, DWI, DWI Per Se with a BAC over .08%, and multiple counts of DWI Leandra’s Law, constituting felonies.
