(WNY News Now) – A 48-year-old Jamestown resident was apprehended on February 17, 2024, following a routine traffic stop at Liberty St. and E 8th St., Jamestown.
Jamestown Police officers, conducting a traffic stop, discovered an outstanding warrant for Patterson’s arrest. Subsequent search revealed methamphetamine, morphine, and drug paraphernalia. Patterson faces charges including two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree and one count of Criminal Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree. Due to previous failures to appear, he is held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
