(WNY News Now) – On February 16, 2024, at 8:44 PM, Chautauqua County Sheriffs Office responded to an altercation in Ripley, resulting in the arrest of a 30-year old woman on charges of Assault 3rd, Criminal Mischief 4th, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
The Chautauqua County Sheriffs Office responded to a disturbance in Ripley on February 16, 2024, around 8:44 PM. Following an investigation, it was alleged that Kira Filck, a 30-year-old female from Ripley, engaged in an altercation with another individual, breaking a door window during the incident. Deputies located Filck shortly afterward and transported her to Chautauqua County Jail.
Filck is facing charges of Assault 3rd, Criminal Mischief 4th, and 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. She is set to answer for these charges at a CAP arraignment.
