(WNY News Now) – In an alarming incident at Lincoln Middle School on February 16th, 2024, parent Lynzina Sutton, 32, was arrested for assaulting a teacher.

Responding to a 7:30 A.M. call, officers found the victim, a school employee, with facial injuries after Sutton had bypassed security to confront her. The assailant fled but was later apprehended. Sutton now faces charges of Assault in the Second Degree (Injury to School Official) and Burglary in the Third Degree. The victim was promptly taken to Upstate Hospital for medical attention.
