(WNY News Now) – Syracuse, NY – A shooting incident on Thursday, February 22nd, 2024, at approximately 12:37 P.M., in the 900 block of Ballantyne Road, resulted in an 18-year-old male sustaining a gunshot wound to the leg.
Responding officers found the victim at the scene and promptly transported him to Upstate Hospital, where he is expected to recover. The shooting remains under investigation.
