(WNY News Now) – Cattaraugus County – In a recent development, Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Bureau apprehended a Cattaraugus, NY, man on charges of burglary in the third degree, petit larceny, and a violation of probation warrant.
Following a comprehensive investigation, the authorities executed an arrest warrant, taking Steven B. Derk into custody at 7:58am on March 7, 2024, in the Town of Little Valley. Processed at the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, Derk received an appearance ticket for burglary and larceny, with a court date to be scheduled.
Simultaneously, he was remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail for the probation violation.
