(WNY News Now) – Town of French Creek – In a late-night incident on March 2, 2024, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a motor vehicle accident on Rt 474 in the Town of French Creek, unveiling a series of events leading to the arrest of a 24-year-old man from Wattsburg, PA, on charges of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and Speed Not Reasonable or Prudent.
At approximately 9:11 pm, deputies found Nathan L. Dunn, 24, involved in the accident and subsequently identified signs of alleged intoxication. Dunn was promptly transported to Corry Memorial Hospital for evaluation.
Following a thorough investigation, Dunn was arrested and now faces charges related to the incident. Released to medical staff, he is set to appear in the Town of French Creek Court at a later date.
