(WNY News Now) – Town of Hanover – Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office swiftly apprehended a Silver Creek, NY, resident following an altercation on Allegany Rd, in the Town of Hanover.
On March 01, 2024 at approximately 6:49 P.M., deputies responded to a disturbance at a residence in the Town of Hanover. Tanner J. Moquin, 28, was identified as the alleged suspect in an altercation involving physical contact, property damage, and tampering. Moquin fled before deputies arrived, prompting a subsequent arrest warrant.
Deputies located and arrested him the next day without incident. Moquin faces charges of Harassment 2nd Degree, Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, and Criminal Tampering 3rd Degree. He will appear in Hanover Town court at a later date.
