(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – In a narcotics investigation conducted on March 9, 2024 at 02:35 AM, Jamestown resident was apprehended on the east side.
Responding to an alarm, officers found William A. Karolyi (41) asleep under a covered porch with two arrest warrants and one bench warrant issued by Jamestown authorities. Taken into custody without incident, Karolyi was transported to Jamestown City Jail.
During a property inventory, officers allegedly discovered a quantity of fentanyl, resulting in a charge of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree. Karolyi is held pending arraignment at Jamestown City Court.
