(WNY News Now) – Chautauqua County Sheriffs Office and New York State Police responded to an ongoing physical altercation on March 3, 2024 at 8:23 PM in the Town of Villenova, resulting in assault charges for two Villenova couple.
Deputies arrived at the Villenova address to find Brandie M. Huston, 27, and Dakota J. Huston, 27, accused of separately assaulting two individuals. Brandie faces a charge of Assault in the 2nd degree, while Dakota is charged with Assault in the 3rd degree.
Both suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for the Centralized Arraignment Program.
